EXCLUSIVE: YRKKH fame Shehzada Dhami recalls Krishna Mukherjee’s molestation incident on the sets of Shubh Shagun; says, “Wo ghabra gayi thi bahut…”

Actor Shehzada Dhami gained immense popularity with his stint in TV show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. Before this, he was part of show Shubh Shagun alongside Krishna Mukherjee. The show came I news for all the wrong reasons when the actress accused producer of harassing her. In an exclusive chat with Bollywood Bubble, Shehzada Dhami reveals Krishna Mukherjee was molested and was not paid her dues.

Talking about the allegation levelled on the producer, the actor says, “Mujhe payment nahi mili hai uss show se. Krishna aur baaki artists ka bhi paisa nahi aaya hai. (All the artists of that show have not got paid). Also, I saw her interview where she admitted that I had helped her get out of the situation. I had helped her because she is a girl first and then some one’s co-artist or an actor working under someone. So agar usko wo cheez mein molest.”

He also added, “And molest bhi nahi bolunga but wo ghabra gayi thi bahut jyada. She was changing inside and someone was banging her door from outside. So I reached there and scolded the person saying ‘you can’t do this to a girl. Just keep in mind that she is a girl first then an artist’. When I opened the door uske chehre pe ghabrahat thi (she was in a state of shock). So that time I had saved her and send her back safely.”

Shehzada on working conditions on sets

Working conditions is like even we actors are flexible now. Mai 12 ghante kaam karunga uske upar ka paisa lunga. While some actors don’t work beyond 12 hours and prefer going home and taking rest and resuming work next day. So if you don’t sleep properly your face gets swollen how will one work? We are artists after all we have to face camera. Sighting an example, the actor said, “During Bigg Boss, our sleep pattern got disturbed. We were not having proper food which resulted in irritation and frustration.”
